Great Company !!! I have been dealing with the Vollman Company and Jade Properties ( Both owned by same people ) from 1992.Dennis Vollman is very Knowledgeable and knows the commercial leases like the back of his hand.I rented from Jade Properties till I bought my own Building and moved. I always thought to myself if I ever buy my own Building I would hire these guys to manage mine as well. The Vollman Company has leased my other building for me twice now and is quite fast at filling the space.
