Dennis E. Vollman, is the President and sole owner of The Vollman Company, Inc. which is currently located at 1900 Point West Way, Suite 161, Sacramento, CA 95815-4706.

Dennis Vollman is a Real Estate Broker licensed in the State of California (DRE #00614359). His primary focus is in the area of office and industrial sales and leasing, with emphasis on the light industrial "high technology" marketplace.

Dennis Vollman, the supervising broker, has more than 28 years experience in the local real estate market. The scope of this experience includes: Commercial real estate brokerage sales transactions of more than 3,150 acres of land, the sale of more than 650,000 square feet of buildings and the leasing of office and industrial buildings having a total area of nearly 750,000 square feet; Commercial real estate development of office, retail and industrial buildings having a combined rentable area of approximately 768,000 square feet and development of various land projects totaling nearly 135 acres. The land development projects include a 60-acre multi-use park and a 50-acre industrial park; Commercial property management of more than twenty office, retail and industrial buildings with a combined floor area of approximately 422,000 square feet.

Bill George

Bill George, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California (DRE #00844430) and a certified Property Manager with thirty two years experience in Real Estate.

He specializes in sales of investment properties, owner/user properties, apartments, industrial and retail properties. He also leases all types of commercial properties.

He offers expertise in Exchanges, Real Estate Consulting and Investment Property Analysis.

Dan MincherCCIM is a results-driven professional in all segments of commercial property brokerage: Sales, Leasing, Investments, consulting, and 1031 exchanges. Dan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) having completed extensive education and experience qualifications, a Toastmasters International Competent Toastmaster (CTM), and a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE).  Notable clients include Budget Truck Rental, Chase Bank, Reliance Trust Co., Don Quixote’s Mexican Grills, Snowline Hospice, and Premier Sports Training.

Prior to his involvement in real estate, Dan had a very successful career in the U. S. Coast Guard. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with emphasis on entrepreneurship and real estate from the Georgia State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He enjoys playing golf, hiking, anything he can do in or on salt water, and travel with his wife, Jan.

 

Jim Morey, a licensed real estate agent in the state of California, DRE#01445977, is a self-motivated, industrious, professional specializing in industrial and retail sales and leasing. His passion and expertise in the industry is land sales, to include agriculture, land development and resort properties. Before joining The Vollman Company, Jim enjoyed a position as General Manager of the Trinity Alps Resort. He and his wife (Jeanne) of 33 years co-managed the resort and enjoyed the variety of challenges that go hand in hand of managing any historic facility for over 10 years. The highlights for Jim in the resort business were in dealing with the guest and customers and establishing long term business and friend relationships.


Jim is a California certified Gardener and enjoys volunteering as well as working in all garden related issues. Prior to Jim’s involvement in the resort and real estate business, he completed a very successful career in the U.S. Coast Guard of 21+ years. Jim’s background is varied and diversified. He enjoys continually expanding his knowledge base and helping people both in his personal and business life.

 

He tracks notices of defaults, pre-foreclosures and trustee sales on a daily basis. If you are looking for undervalued properties, give him a call. If you are behind on your mortgage and would like to offer your property for sale, give him a call. The beneficiary will sometimes postpone the trustee sale date, if the borrower has a plausible plan to sell the property and repay the loan in full. When involved in the foreclosure process, time is of the essence. Lu Ann Henderson, is a licensed California Real Estate Professional BRE# 01912126. She started with her Nevada Real Estate License in 2005.  She worked with Las Vegas International Realty presenting open houses in some of the most pristine homes. Though residential was her first interest, she quickly took interest into commercial real estate with Blasco Development group in 2005. One of her projects involved was assisting the Sellers in the transaction of Spanish Palms, located at 5250 S. Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas NV. 89118. This was a 376 unit Apartment sale transaction for $52.6 million. The Buyers purchased it for a condominium conversion. She was also responsible for the first phase pre-sale for the buyers.


In 2012, she received her California Real Estate License and started with Laguna Home and Ranch Realty.  She started working directly under her Broker and private Land Banking Investor, taking advantage of the era of prime real estate for investors. She managed the back end of housing development as well as commercial and agriculture land purchases. She oversaw identifying properties through entitlements, which include due diligence for creating plot maps, documenting and supervising EPA reports, water and environmental duties as well as following mitigation and protocol guidelines for special habitat for various land purchases.


She played a key role in the due diligence duties for the purchase of The Larry Bell Dairy farm for 3.8 million for the 277 Acres located at 11318 Franklin Blvd, Elk Grove CA. 95757. She was responsible for the trouble shooting on the entire 277 acres as well as the 12 residential properties.  


Lu Ann is a CCIM candidate and manages to attend the CCIM courses while still working full time with buyers and sellers. She is an active member of The CCIM Norther California Chapter.   


March 2015, she joined the Vollman Company. She is very active with representing both buyers and sellers, as well as representing both tenant and landlords. Lu Ann is extremely versatile in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry. Her specialty and high demand is with both buyers and sellers is in the Industrial arena due to her quick turnaround time for closing transactions once listed. She also represents clients in retail, office, and land investments. She also works with specialty clients.


Lu Ann’s hobbies include traveling to new countries, attending TedX events and participating in the Children’s Receiving Home.

 

Alex

Alexander Byrd, is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California (BRE # 02002697). He has a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Sacramento State University. After graduating he worked in the concrete construction industry operating line pumps and a 37 Meter Concrete Boom Pump on commercial construction projects. He worked on a team producing High early concrete for the Mule Creek Prison Infill project where he became well acquainted with the advantages and difficulties of pre-cast concrete construction.     

Alex specializes in Industrial lease and sales negotiations and strives to provide creative solutions for his clients. Alex has a passion for Sacramento and believes that thoughtful development and the highest use of the land are the foundations for strong communities.
